Terms & Conditions of Bouncy Castle Hire
- You, the hirer, will be responsible for the supervision of the equipment and all persons using the equipment, AT ALL TIMES. You are also responsible for care of the equipment and any damage to the equipment, however minor.The hirer will be liable for any repair costs.
- The maximum age limit for use of this equipment is 14 years and under. It is the hirer's responsibility to monitor this and ensure that it does not become overcrowded (dependant on age and size).
- The hirer shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that stated in the hiring agreement, and will not use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way.
- No shoes, spectacles, sharp objects, key rings, or any other similar items which would cause damage to others or the equipment is permitted on or near the equipment.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere near the equipment.
- No food or drink is permitted to be consumed on the equipment.
- No party poppers, confetti, streamers or silly string etc should be used on or near the equipment as this may cause damage or staining and the hirer will be liable to damage costs.
- Users of the inflatable should not climb, hang off or sit on the walls as this is extremely dangerous.
- The hirer is responsible for checking and inspecting the equipment on delivery and inflation and to agree that all equipment is supplied in good condition. He/she is responsible for bringing any concerns to the attention of Bonanza! Bouncy Castle Hire before accepting the equipment.
- Anyone who has history of back or neck problems should refrain from using the equipment.
- The hire period is from delivery time until the agreed time (during booking process), this is at the discretion of Bonanza! Bouncy Castle Hire. Any delay, either by the hirer or guests at the hirer's event, obstructing the deflation or removal of our equipment will be charged at £25 per hour (or part of).
- If there are any problems with the blower or equipment during the time you are in possession of the inflatable, you must contact Bonanza! IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT attempt to fix the equipment yourself.
- Ensure that the vent of the blower is kept clear at all times.
- If you are unsure about anything at all, contact Bonanza! IMMEDIATELY.
- Public Liability Insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
- If you need to make changes to your booking, please conatct us as soon as possible.
- If you need to cancel a booking, please do so as soon as possible. Below are charges that will be incurred:
2 weeks or more before original booking date: NO FEE
Between 1 and 2 weeks before original booking date: Half of total hire cost.
Less the 1 week before original booking date: Full cost of hire.
**IMPORTANT Bonanza! Bouncy Castle Hire can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss caused. As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Bonanza! Bouncy Castle Hire, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above, rests with the hirer.
Bonanza! Bouncy Castle Hire is open 365 days a year.
